Two plans to suit your type of website so you can concentrate on building business while we take care of looking after your website. We like to call it Managed Support.

Support Time
Included with your support every month are 4 hours of support time. Your support time is used in 15 minute increments and can be used for any support task covered by your maintenance and support agreement. If you run out of inclusive support hours during any given month, you can purchase additional hours at 40% off our normal hourly rate.
Priority Support
Managed Support subscribers also get priority support. For peace of mind we guarantee that your support request will be answered within 3 to 6 hours of submission or we'll credit an hour back to your monthly support plan for every hour we're late in responding!
Content Monitoring
It's important that as you grow your content you do so in a way that is in keeping with your online marketing strategy so that search engines are able to properly assess your web pages. We will monitor your content on a regular basis and suggest where you can make improvements to help you climb the search engine results pages. We'll also highlight areas where you might be going wrong and more importantly, how to put it right!
Support Tracking
Support is delivered through our online collaboration tool My Project Area so you can view and track all of your support requests. You'll be able to see exactly how much time has been spent on your support task and how much time you've used for your current support month.
Software Updates
Software that powers a website such as a content management or e-commerce system often changes as technolgy evolves and develops. So that your website is taking advantage of the latest software and so that you are protected by the very latest security protocols, any updates to your content management or e-commerce system is included if you are a Managed Support subscriber.
Renewables
Managed Support subscribers also needn't worry about renewing their domain name, web hosting account or SSL certificates, it's all included.

Upgrades for Content Management Systems for customers without an active support subscription are priced from £199 per upgrade. E-Commerce System upgrades for customers without an active support subscription are priced from £349 per upgrade.
